- Managed numerous workstreams across large-scale client engagements and oversaw the design and execution of testing procedures in support of a government-mandated foreclosure investigation for one of the largest global banking organizations
- Developed SOX procedures and related policies for a large global manufacturing company to facilitate compliance with the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. Subsequently presented the synthesized workflows to the company’s United States and Chinese global leadership for approval.
- Planned and executed audit engagements for clientele, primarily in the Telecommunications and Retail industries, with revenues ranging from $6 billion to $111 billion
- Worked on SEC filings such as 10-Ks and 10-Qs as well as non-SEC filings such as bondholder reports and privately disclosed financial statements and associated notes
- Evaluated clients’ internal control systems through development of narratives and walkthroughs for critical processes. Designed and executed detailed testing plans for SOX Section 404 compliance; provided feedback regarding areas of discrepancy and suggested remediation solutions

-Developed and executed strategies to reduce cash burn by >80% over a three-year period. Re-negotiated contracts with largest vendors to add multiple years of runway while maintaining operational integrity.
- Managed the monthly close and consolidation of US / Indian financial statements, manage the consolidated audit, and the notes to the financials

Served as multifaceted CFO, reported directly to the CEO and Board of Directors. Responsible for all aspects of U.S. and Canadian Finance & Accounting Ops. Executed three transactions (two divestitures, one acquisition) totaling in the nine-figure range. Entrusted to transform process and people across portfolio companies while driving growth. Led six finance/accounting teams across 11 locations domestically, and 1 internationally. Moore Holdings owns six businesses that operate under a license from Andersen Window Corporation. These six Renewal by Andersen replacement window businesses sell and install Andersen's high-end residential replacement windows on an exclusive basis.
-Doubled Company revenue from $350m to $700m while increasing bottom line margin by a ~4% blended across portfolio companies
- Responsible for oversight, development, and execution of all accounting, financial reporting and budgeting/forecasting functions for the company
- Designed portfolio benchmarking process and reporting
- Transitioned from non-GAAP to GAAP based accounting, including ASC 606 Revenue Recognition in order to meet deal covenants regarding audited financials
- Led 401k and healthcare consolidation to comply with controlled group requirements
- Supported shared services establishment/enhancement across companies
- Managed renewal for all commercial insurance across portfolio companies; supported renewal of self-funded healthcare plans
